1. General Provisions.
1.1 The Administrator of personal data collected through the Online Store is Przemysław Mikołajewski who conducts business under the name of FHU MBUT Przemysław Mikołajewski (registered office address and mailing address: Wrocławska 53/59, 62-800 Kalisz), listed in CEIDG (the Central Registration and Information on Business) which is run by the Minister responsible for the economy in Poland, NIP (Tax Identification Number): PL 618-127-41-11, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 250721800, email address: sklep@hurtszewski.com - hereinafter referred to as the Administrator who is also the Service Provider and the Seller at the Online Store.
1.2 Personal data of the Customer (Client) are processed in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data from 29th August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883 as amended) and the Act on electronic services from 18th July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 - as amended).
1.3 The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of people, and in particular ensures that the data collected is processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified and legitimate purposes and is not subjected to further processing incompatible with these purposes; relevant and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed and stored in a form that permits the identification of data subjects, but no longer than it is necessary to complete the purpose of processing.
1.4 Any words, expressions and acronyms that appear on this website and begin with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Online Store, Electronic Service) shall be understood in accordance to their definitions in the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store available at http://www.hurtszewski.com/conditions.php
2. Purpose and scope of data collection
2.1 The purpose of the Administrator`s data collection is:
2.1.1. to establish, shape content, modify, execute or terminate a contractual relationship between the Service Provider (the Seller) and the Recipient of the Service (the Customer) which involves provision of Electronic Service through the Online Store or through agreeing on and execution of terms and conditions of product`s Sales Contract and its delivery to the Customer.
2.1.2. Direct marketing of the Administrator`s own products and services.
2.1.3. The Customer has the right to express their opinion about Sales Contract.
2.2 Recipients of personal data:
2.2.1. In the case of a Customer who uses the delivery by courier in the Online Store, the Administrator provides the Customer`s personal data collected (to the extent and for no longer than it is necessary to make a delivery) to the selected carrier responsible for the execution of the delivery on behalf of the Administrator.
2.3. The Administrator may process the following data of Recipients of the Service (Customers): name and surname; email address; contact phone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, postcode, city and country). In the case of Recipients of the Service who are not consumers, the Administrator can further process the company name and tax identification number (tax ID).
2.4. Providing of personal data referred to in paragraph
2.5 is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the Sales Contract or the contract for the provision of Electronic Services in the Online Store. Each time the scope of data required is indicated in the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store and before the provision of a specific Electronic Service or before the conclusion of the Sales Contract in the Online Store.
3. COOKIES AND OPERATING DATA
3.1. Cookies are small text information files in the form of text files which are sent by the server and stored on the Online Store visitor`s side (e.g. hard drive, laptop, or smart phone`s memory card – depending what device is used by the Online Store visitor). 3.2 The Service Provider might process the data in the Cookies during visits to the Online Store website for the following purposes:
3.2.1 to identify Service Recipients as logged in the Online Store and to indicate that they are logged it;
3.2.2. to save Products added to the shopping cart to place an Order;
3.2.3 to store data from Order Forms, surveys and login data for the Online Store;
3.2.4. to customise the contents of the Online Store to individual preferences of the Service Recipients (e.g. colours, font size, page layout) and to optimise the use of the Online Store;
3.2.5. to keep anonymous statistics showing how the website of the Online Store is used and to assess Service Recipients` needs with the exclusion of personal identification of the Service Recipient.
3.3 Most web browsers available on the market accept saving Cookies by default. Everyone has the ability to determine the conditions of the use of cookies by the means of their own browser settings. This means that it is possible to partially limit (e.g. temporally) or completely disable saving of Cookies on visitor`s device – in this case – some functions of the Online Store may be limited (e.g. it is impossible to place an order via Order Form in this case).
3.4 Settings of an Internet browser with regard to cookies are essential because of consent to use Cookies by our Online Store – in accordance with law, such consent may also be expressed by the settings of a web browser.

3.6 The Service Provider also processes anonymized operational data (so called logs – IP address, domain) to generate statistics to help in the administration of the Online Store. The data is cumulative and anonymous, namely the data does not contain identifying features of visitors of the Online Store. Logs are not disclosed to third parties.
4. BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
4.1. Providing personal data by the Service Recipient/Customer is voluntary, but failing to provide the personal data mentioned in the Terms and Conditions necessary for the Sales Contract or a contract for the provision of Electronic Services will result in the inability to conclude the Contract. The data necessary to conclude a Contract or for the provision of Electronic Service is listed each time on the website of the Online Store.
4.2. The basis for processing personal date of a Service Recipient/Customer is the necessity to execute the contract, where the Service Recipient/Customer is a party or to take action before the contract is concluded at their request. In the case of data processing for direct marketing of the Administrator`s own products and services or the Customer`s review of the Contract – prior agreement (of Service Recipient / Customer) for such processing is the basis.
5. RIGHT OF INSPECTION, ACCESS TO CONTENTS OF DATA AND THEIR AMENDMENT
5.1. Service Recipient has the right to access their personal data and to amend it.
5.2. Each person has the right to control the processing data that concern them, contained in the Administrator`s data set, furthermore, each person has the right to: request completion, update, correct personal data, suspend (temporary or permanent) or remove the processed data if the data is incomplete, outdated, untrue or collected in violation of the law or when the data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
5.3 In the case of data processing intended for the direct marketing of the Administrator`s own products or services, the person to whom the data refers is entitled to file a written, justified request to stop processing the data on account of their particular situation or to object to their data processing.
5.4. In order to exercise the rights referred to above, it is possible to use the options of the Account or by sending a relevant message by email to the following email address: sklep@hurtszewski.com or in a written form to the Administrator’s office address.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The Online Store may contain links to other websites. The Administrator encourages the Customers to read privacy policies on those websites. This privacy policy applies only to this Online Store.
6.2. The Administrator uses technical and organisational measures to protect processed personal data, correspondingly to the risks and categories of data under protection, in particular, the Administrator protects the data against: unauthorized disclosure, transfer of data by any authorized person, processing in violation of applicable laws and change, loss, damage or destruction of data.
6.3. The Administrator provides following technical measures to prevent the acquisition and modification of electronically transmitted data by unauthorized individuals:
6.3.1. The protection of data collection from unauthorized access, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate.
6.3.2. The access to the Account only after entering individual login and password.
